A beautiful rose quartz roller in an amber glass bottle really elevates this product and is easy to control the amount of product applied as it is a slightly thick. I was not a fan of the cheap plastic lid though. It comes out a bit greasy (as it is an oil) but then quickly absorbs into your skin while being smooth but not sticky (just give it a minute). I still needed to use my fingers to massage this in, so not fully "hands free" and washed my hands immediately after. Considering the large bottle, the value for this is good when on sale, but otherwise overpriced. A decent product.
I've not had a rose quartz roller ball before to apply skincare and I'm a total geek for this now. The roller ball is so big and smooth that it's easy to dispense the castor oil, which is usually a thick consistency, as this is. It just glides on with no spilling or using a dropper while rubbing the oil around. The product description in the listing says that this castor oil is organic, premium oil that is cold-pressed with no hexane, which is always my preference. My nightly focus for this castor oil has been my eyebrows and under my eyes after cleansing my face. I've also used this on my scalp, where I part my hair in sections and run the roller on the exposed part. I do this an hour b/f my shower and I'm happy to be able to quickly apply some hydration and nourishment to my scalp before I wash it. I like the oil, it seems like very good quality. Plus the roller ball makes a difference to me - this is the way to go.
This castor oil has a very VERY thick consistency. The roller ball makes it super easy to apply without a huge mess, and allows you to target specifically where you want the oil to be. The scent is an earthy nutty aroma. It did take a bit of time for the oil to fully absorb into my skin, but it was worth the wait--so soft and hydrated! I have never seen a stone roller for oil before, and it seems a bit 'extra' but I really like it. The rose quartz seems to be a good quality piece as well--nice color on the one I got. I hope I can refill the bottle--it would be a shame to not be able to continue using this. Pretty happy with it!
The castor oil is in an opaque glass bottle which will keep it from degrading from direct light. The quartz roller ball glides smoothly on the skin it also feels nice and cool to the touch. The oil itself, is moisturizing and absorbs well.
This is a nicely sized bottle, and the rose quartz rollerball is such a lovely touch. It feels so luxurious on the skin and makes applying castor oil completely mess-free. The bottle is generously sized, so it will last a long time. This would also make a thoughtful gift for anyone who’s passionate about self-care.
I love using castor oil on my achy joints, and to help me sleep. This roll on is super convenient and easy to use. It has no detectable scent to me, and is very thick and moisturizing. I think it’s quite expensive for the size, but it does feel like good quality. I roll it on my hips, and before bed I use it in my belly button, to help me sleep. It’s made in India, and says that it’s organic. I love how easily this is applied, no more mess!
This is really nice fancy with the rose quartz comes out easily the rolling of applicator which is the rose quartz is gentle and moves so smoothly. Very hydrating might be quick to come out but alittle goes along way very nice on the skin makes my skin feel hydrated and the drier areas get more attention as well as my hair it helps wi5 growth. This is very easy to use and take on the go the rolling on is less messy with castor oil then using a dropper or pouring it into our hands. Decent size you get quite a lot and no scent it’s organic raw castor oil which I love. And easily last a while don’t need to use too much.

Actually has a quartz roller ball unlike many other brands that lie. Castor oil rolls on nicely, roller ball works great and stays really cool which feels good.

I saw an ad for a similar product on Instagram so I decided to check Amazon. The price was more reasonable and it had the Rose Quartz roller I was looking for. I like to keep this on my nightstand and use it on my dry heels to help keep them healthy and soft. I also use it on dry cuticles and fingertips. It absorbs well once rubbed in, but you can always follow up with sox for overnight. There is no scent so it’s non irritating.
Review is for VerNua Castor Oil - Rollerball 1.7 oz. Here's my good and bad:Good - Based on labeling, appearance, viscosity, and odor, I'll go with assuming it is a good quality castor oil. Glass bottle and quartz roller a plus.Bad - No information on sourcing of oil. Deducted 1 star based on this.Other - Some folks note irritation after use. Two likely explanations - One - some folks will have adverse reactions to castor oil, especially pure oil that has not be "cut" or diluted. The viscosity of the oil is due in large part to one of the main components - ricinoleic acid. Two - this product has something else in it. For those that experience an adverse reaction, you may want to test out another castor oil product to help verify whether it is castor oil itself or something else.I'm hoping I can successfully refill the bottle once it is empty.
This is quite a large bottle of castor oil. The roller ball is made of rose quartz, which is known for its healing properties. According to the product page, the oil is pure and undiluted, which makes it thick and potentially irritating to the skin. Usually castor oil is diluted with a carrier oil in order to thin it out and minimize any possible irritation.I tried it on my eyebrows and lashes. I found the roller sometimes rolled freely and other times got stuck, maybe because of the thick viscosity of the oil. The heft and feeling of the roller was very nice, and made it easy to apply only to the desired areas. I left the oil on about 3 hours each time before wiping it off with rubbing alcohol. Unfortunately the oil make my skin itchy and made my eyes water. After two weeks I did not notice any new growth or regrowth on my eyebrows or my eyelashes.
The castor oil with rose quartz roller arrived reasonably well-packaged and with no damage. The bottle of castor oil contains just 50 ml (1.7 oz) of castor oil, and is capped off with a rose quartz roller. This makes the application of the oil as a thin layer more convenient. However, it is difficult to justify the extremely high price for the tiny amount of castor oil you get in this product. The castor oil is organic, cold-pressed and hexane free if that is any consolation.
I really like this castor oil with the rose quartz roller. The oil is pure and absorbs well without feeling sticky. Using the roller feels soothing, and I’ve noticed it helps reduce body heat when I massage it onto my scalp and skin.My hair and skin feel nourished and healthier, though the scent is a bit strong for me sometimes. The bottle size is good and lasts a while.
