VeraNau Copper Peptide Hydration Face SerumWhat I Think You May Like:- At $15.95 (price when ordered), it’s reasonable. Especially for this type of serum.- It’s lightweight.- Goes on smoothly and absorbs well.- No sticky or greasy residue.- I haven’t noticed any irritation or inflammation while using it.- Smells okay. No weird chemical smells or overt fragrance. Pretty neutral. What I Think You Should Know Before Buying:- While it’s not sticky, it does leave a light residue that you can feel.- Also, once it’s on your hands the label sticks to your hands. So at first you think the serum is sticky. But it’s not. They should change the material of the label because it can be too sticky to hold. Conclusion:Though I can’t really speak to if it’s working, I do like (not love it). I definitely will finish the bottle, but it’s not something I’d add to my skincare routine. Not for any reason in particular, it’s just not my thing.3 stars.
I have mature, post-menopausal skin, and I've read about the benefits of copper peptide skin products, so I was excited to give this serum a try. I wasn't all too impressed with it at first (it didn't seem to do much), but I decided to give it a couple of weeks of use before leaving a review. At this point, my takeaway is that it's a fairly average product for the price. The serum itself is light white and very thin. It applies and absorbs easily and has no scent that I can detect. It leaves a slight stickiness after drying. It does leave my skin looking slightly more moisturized than before application, but I haven't noticed any real lasting effects aside from that. It has caused me no irritation or negative side effects. But If I'm going to spend nearly $20 for an ounce of product, I expect to see more standout results.
The Copper Peptide Hydration Face Serum from VeraNua was a bust for me.While the security plastic was wrapped around the bottom of the plastic lid, it felt sticky, like some had leaked out. Then I couldn’t get the plastic off easily, so I just pulled on the lid, and it popped right off. I do not think this is a good way to secure the product. The bottle is different with the wood on it, so that makes it look unique and stand out from the many face serums out there. The serum is very thin, because of that, it absorbed into my skin quickly. I did appreciate that I couldn’t detect a scent. With so many beauty items having scents, it’s nice not having another one that competes with all the smells. But this serum actually dried out my T zone, especially around my nose. I used it three days, to see if it was a fluke, and it wasn’t.The directions do say to put a moisturizer on after this serum, but if this is hydration face serum that is “Firming, Hydrating & Radiance Boosting For All Skin Types | Improves Texture & Radiance”, then I really don’t think I should have to apply more moisture.

I can’t quite tell how good this product is. I think it’s a little bit early to determine if it does what it says it is good for… But I am a little bit surprised that it’s not a bit thicker. I expected a little bit of more of a thick creamy type product that would go on and feel more moisturizing. The thinness of the product might mean that it lasts longer and stretches farther, but I think the jury is still out on whether or not it does anything for my skin. The good news, though is that I did not have a reaction to it and I do happen to have sensitive skin. It doesn’t have a scent, which is extra good because I’m hyper sensitive to scents. So for these reasons, I gave it a solid four stars.
Pros: this is a very lightweight product, it sinks right into skin without a lot of rubbing. There’s no smell and it doesn’t pill later. My skin is generally dry and this does seem to improve the look and feel if used consistently. Cons: it doesn’t hydrate my skin as well as my typical moisturizer. I find I need to apply this under a moisturizer for a full effect. Which is fine but I’m a pretty simple girl, I like my skincare routine to take about 3 minutes at the most.
